Our gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The facility recently underwent a $65,000 renovation. Our equipment selection is one of the most impressive you will ever see. We offer a well-rounded cardio lineup which includes Life Fitness treadmills, Precor Ellipticals, Matrix Stair Climbers, HIIT Treadmills, Assault Bikes, Rowers, Ski Ergs, and more. Our strength lineup consists primarily of Life Fitness and Hammer Strength Plate Loaded machines. The main workout floor has a large free weight area with squat/bench racks, dumbbells to 100 pounds, kettlebells, lifting chains, fixed weight barbells, specialty barbells, adjustable benches, and more. Fitness Factory members have daily access to some of the best personal trainers in the metro area.
